Instructional Design and Delivery

Develop Your Capacity to Maximize Adult Student Learning
The Instructional Design and Delivery (IDD) certificate program focuses on developing your capacity to maximize adult student learning. It is designed for those who recognize that integrating the art and science of teaching into instructional design and delivery does not happen by chance.

Understand the Adult Learner Difference
We will teach you organize and deliver learning that caters to adult learner needs and their different learning styles, organizational goals, and the choice of methods to achieve and evaluate outcomes. The principles and practices apply in both traditional and non-traditional settings, such as colleges, universities, corporations, and government institutions.

Acquire the Best IDD Techniques
If you respect the importance of providing high-quality learning experiences we will help you enhance your natural abilities and combine these with the accumulated knowledge from research and best practices. Participants will engage in activities related to online learning, facilitation skills, technology, intercultural communication, and evaluation criteria for curriculum and training vendors.

Assessments Target Skills Needing Special Attention
IDD instructors work from the premise that each participant will acquire or advance their teaching skills, building from natural talent and strengths. They model the best of instructional design, beginning with assessments of each participant's needs to reveal specific areas in need of special attention, and then coaching toward the next developmental stage
