BRIAN GADUS, MA, is an accessibility specialist and teacher at the Palo Alto Unified School District and a graduate-level teacher at Notre Dame de Namur University. He co-founded the Assistive Technology team at PAUSD and was part of the committee that drafted the Santa Clara County Office of Education Assistive Technology Guidelines. Gadus earned a bachelor’s degree from Portland State University and a Master of Arts in Special Education from Notre Dame de Namur University. He has had multiple speaking engagements with Stanford University's Graduate School of Education, Technology for Equity in Learning Opportunities, and Stanford Teacher Education Program, and has been a panelist with Silicon Valley Computer Using Educators. Inspired by working with assistive technology to create access for all students, his work has also been published in the journal, Intervention in School and Clinic.
