DEANNA J. MOUSER, J.D., LL.M., practices employment and labor law. She is well versed in offering practical solutions to employment law issues. Mouser has authored articles and chapters on employment law topics, including defamation, arbitration, and workplace violence, has taught legal writing at the University of Michigan Law School and the University of Illinois College of Law, and is a frequent speaker on employment law. She has represented employers in both the public sector and private sector in multiple industries. Mouser received her J.D. from the University of Michigan Law School and her LL.M. from the University of Illinois College of Law. Formerly she has practiced with Littler in San Jose, at Girard & Vinson in Walnut Creek, and at Atkinson, Andelson, Loya, Ruud & Romo in Pleasanton. She has taught for UCSC Extension since 1990.
