Her experience encompasses managing, consulting for organizations, facilitating management and employee development, and training in a variety of subject areas, including technical training. She has worked in the communications, high-tech, aerospace, education and retail industries. She is a former member of the UCSC Extension Human Resource Management program advisory board.
