LEON BEZDIKIAN, B.A., a business consultant with Bezdikian & Associates, has more than 30 years of experience in the high-tech industry, including Eta Compute, SiBeam, Inphi and InvenSense. His experience includes running HR departments for startups to mid-size companies. He specializes in developing HR processes, recruiting, total rewards, executive coaching, management training, and team building. Bezdikian earned a bachelor's degree in economics from UC Davis and has completed the coursework for a master's degree in theology from Santa Clara University. He has taught at UCSC Extension since 2002.
