MOSHE GOTESMAN, Ph.D., principal at Mosgot Consulting, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience as a consultant, trainer, and coach in project and program management, specializing in Agile methodologies, and related topics. Moshe holds multiple professional certificates, including CSM, CSP, SAFe, PMP, Scrum@Scale, Kanban, and DevOp. He has held roles in engineering management, leadership development, project management, and process development. He's managed multiple, enterprise-level projects in software development, IT hardware, networking, and security for Fortune 500 organizations, including Visa, Walmart, Sun Microsystems, Nokia, and Google, and is recognized for his expertise in software development life cycles (SDLCs), encompassing Agile, Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, and Scrum@Scale, as well as Waterfall and hybrid methodologies. In addition to his impactful professional contributions, he is a respected educator, teaching project management—including Waterfall, Agile, and hybrid approaches—at UC Berkeley Extension and UCSC Silicon Valley Extension.
