Sue Coakley, B.S., M.B.A., is a customer- and data-focused marketer with deep experience in marketing technology solutions to both consumers and businesses. She’s led global marketing teams responsible for driving growth and increasing engagement of customers and partners at DigiCert, Symantec, Yahoo!, and Intuit. She enjoys the intersection of the creative and analytical sides of marketing, utilizing data, technology, and testing to optimize performance. Coakley has built centers of excellence around demand generation, customer contact strategy, and privacy. As one of the builders of the original privacy function at Intuit, she approaches marketing with an appreciation for the need to balance business needs and customer trust. She studied marketing management at Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo, and obtained her MBA from Santa Clara University.
