JUDY A. LaCROIX, M.A. CHPC, in management, is a dynamic, innovative trainer and consultant. She has been involved in consulting, management, training and education for over 20 years. Her experience encompasses managing, consulting for organizations, facilitating management and employee development, and training in a variety of subject areas, including technical training. She has worked in the communications, high-tech, aerospace, education and retail industries. She is a former member of the UCSC Extension Human Resource Management program advisory board.
