Why can’t I sign into Canvas?

If you've entered your information into Canvas and have trouble signing into canvas, please try the following steps.

  • Make sure you are logging in to UCSC Extension Canvas.
  • Use a different internet browser such as Google Chrome or Firefox
  • Use a private browser
  • Clear your cache/cookies
